Membership policy
PriceCo is a wholesale distributor offering services to retailers. All purchases are by case only. In order to view prices, place an order, and view our exclusive deals, you must be a member.

All membership applicants must submit a California Resale Certificate form and Seller Permit prior to being approved.
​
Exchange Policy
All exchanges must be pre-approved prior to coming to the warehouse.
​
Nonfood items can be exchanged within 21 days of the purchase date and only for the same purchase value. Anything between 22-90 days will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Items must be in the original packaging and must be in the same condition. Original invoice must be presented at the time of exchange. Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Items that are damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied an exchange.
Delivery & pickup
Delivery is available within a 100-mile radius. To qualify for delivery, your order must be at a minimum of $500. You are responsible for providing your own shipping arrangements for orders outside our service area.

Delivery fees will be waived for orders over $3,000.
​
For orders under $3,000 but over $499, minimal delivery fees will apply as follows:

$30 per order for local orders (Sacramento area)

$40 per order for the Stockton, Modesto, and surrounding areas

$50 per order for orders in the Oakland and surrounding areas

You are also welcome to pickup your order from our Sacramento warehouse, located at 1059 Vine Street #105, Sacramento, CA 95811.

- Credit/Debit Cards (2.9% fee)

There will be a service fee of $35 for all returned checks.
